Refund policy

UrbanRaas is a brand owned and operated by M B Synthetics.
This policy applies to all clothing products sold on UrbanRaas.

Returns & Exchanges (5 Days – No Questions Asked)

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery, no questions asked.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange in either of the following ways:

  1. From the Order Details Page

    • Log in to your account

    • Open the delivered order

    • Click on Return / Exchange and follow the steps

  2. Via Contact Us Page

Requests raised after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Return Pickup

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup

  • Do not send the product back without approval

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size change or product replacement

  • Once approved, the replacement will be shipped after the return process is initiated

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the return is approved and initiated

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary
